Sweet morning

It's a gray morning, but I made pancakes for breakfast to get into a sunny mood. With bananas and maple syrup. I'd love to share (I made too many..).

How do you start your day when it's sulky outside?

  1. Reporting in from grey Vancouver: day started with enormous cup of coffee (enormous!) is the way to start a grey day off right, for me. If I had more energy and organisation, the pancakes you are rightly showing off here might get made, alas...

    1. Oooh, a huge cup of coffee sounds great, too. I am sure that would go well with the pancakes, but you're right, it does take some time and patience to make them. But maybe it's a nice Sunday morning project!

    1. It seems you're in the most suitable country regarding the passion for tea. Did you have scones for breakfast yet? Warm ones, with cream, they're just as heavenly as those pancakes, if really well done.
