"The noble art of letting go"

Today I took off the belly piercing I rewarded myself with about 5 years ago. I was young.


It's leaving behind a tiny hole just above my belly button. 
The little scar will forever remind me of the day I decided to let go.

    I have a tiny hole there too :) I was sterilizing my ring (about three years ago now) and my boyfriend did the dishes and accidentally washed it down the sink. I decided it was time to let go. Certainly a reminder of days past! x
